Big Mac Rotini Pasta

A savory fusion of classic Big Mac flavors with rotini pasta, ground beef, and a homemade sauce, garnished with sesame seeds.

This Big Mac Rotini Pasta recipe is a creative twist on the classic Big Mac, transforming it into a comforting pasta dish. It begins by boiling rotini pasta to al dente perfection, setting aside a cup of the pasta water for later use. The dish features a hearty base of ground beef, seasoned and browned in olive oil. The standout component is the homemade Big Mac sauce, a tangy and flavorful blend of mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, yellow mustard, white wine vinegar, and a mix of garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. The assembly involves combining the pasta and beef with fresh additions like shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced pickles, and chopped onions, all tossed in the zesty Big Mac sauce. If needed, the reserved pasta water can be added for moisture. The mixture is then heated through in a skillet and finished with a sprinkle of sesame seeds for garnish, bringing a unique and delicious twist to a fast-food favorite.
