Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • 1/2 pound Jimmy Dean sage pork sausage
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced in half
  • 1 finely diced jalapeno
  • 1 finely diced shallot
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped green onions
  • 2.25 ounce can of sliced black olives

Nacho Cheese Sauce

  • 8 slices of American cheese
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Add the sage sausage, sliced pepperoni, diced jalapeno, diced shallots, to a skillet over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, add the American cheese, cream cheese, whole milk, heavy cream, and hot sauce to a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until melted through.
  3. Slice the green onions and prepare the black olives.
  4. To serve, layer the tortilla chips, spread the meat mixture over the chips, then pour the nacho sauce over the top. Garnish with the green onions and black olives.
