For Stir Fry
1 pound boneless pork loin chops, thinly sliced
2 pears, cored and thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

For Sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey

Preparing the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, and 1 tablespoon honey until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

Preparing the Pork
Season 1 lb boneless pork loin chops (thinly sliced) with salt and pepper to taste, tossing to coat evenly.

Cooking the Pork
Heat 1 tablespoon of the 1–2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the pork in a single layer and cook for about 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Stir-Frying the Vegetables and Pears
In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil if needed. Add 1 sliced onion and 1 sliced bell pepper, cooking for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened. Stir in 3 cloves minced garlic and 1 thumb-sized piece of grated fresh ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add 2 cored and thinly sliced pears and cook for another 2–3 minutes until just tender but not mushy.

Combining and Finishing
Return the cooked pork to the pan and pour in the prepared sauce. Toss everything together over medium-high heat for 1–2 minutes until evenly coated and heated through.

Serving
Serve the stir-fry hot over 2 cups cooked white rice. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds for added flavor and texture.
