- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 (7.1 oz) pouch of Hokkien stir-fry noodles
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Sambal Oelek chili paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- Prepare Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, light brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, Sambal Oelek chili paste, and minced ginger until well combined. Set aside.
- Prep Ingredients:
- Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- If not already chopped, prepare your broccoli and chives accordingly.
- Cook Chicken:
