Ingredients

Sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp Sambal Oelek chili paste
1 tsp minced ginger

Stir-Fry
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 (7.1 oz) pouch Hokkien stir-fry noodles

Garnish
¼ cup fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

Make the Sauce
Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, Sambal Oelek, and ginger in a small bowl. Set aside.

Cook the Chicken
Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add diced chicken and sauté 8–10 minutes until cooked through.

Add the Vegetables
Stir in broccoli and cook 2–3 minutes until tender but still bright green.

Combine with Sauce & Noodles
Pour sauce into the skillet, simmer 2–3 minutes while stirring to coat. Add noodles and toss everything together, cooking 2–3 minutes until heated through.

Serve
Divide into bowls or serve on a platter. Garnish with fresh chives.

Stir together the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, chili garlic sauce, and ginger in a small bowl.

Dice the chicken breasts, chop the broccoli, and slice the green onion.

Add the chicken with 1 tablespoon cooking oil over medium heat in a skillet and cook about 10 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink.

Add the broccoli and a cook a couple more minutes until the broccoli is tender.

Stir in the sauce mix to simmer a couple minutes.

Stir in the hokkien noodles and cook another couple minutes and remove from heat.

Serve and garnish with the fresh chives.
