For the Waffles (makes 2 waffles)
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 egg
5/8 cups buttermilk (or milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice)
2 tbsp melted butter

1 cup shredded smoked pork shoulder, warmed

Preparation

  • Preheat the waffle iron.

Cooking
