Instructions

Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Set aside.

Cook the Pork
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork, season lightly with salt and pepper, and stir-fry 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove pork and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables & Pears
If needed, add a little more oil to the wok. Add onion and bell pepper, stir-fry 2–3 minutes until slightly softened. Add garlic and ginger, cooking 1 minute until fragrant. Add pears and stir-fry 2–3 minutes more until just tender but still crisp.

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the pork slices and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until they’re browned and cooked through, which should take about 4-5 minutes.

Remove the pork from the wok and set aside.

Add a bit more oil to the wok if needed, then add the onion and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

Add the garlic and ginger, stir-frying for an additional minute.

Add the sliced pears and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they soften slightly but still retain some crispness.

Add the cooked pork back into the wok with the vegetables.

Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and toss everything together, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes. Ensure everything is well-coated and the sauce has slightly thickened.
