Pork and Apple Kabobs with Honey Mustard Sauce

Grilled pork tenderloin kabobs with apples, red onion, red bell pepper, and mushrooms, served with a homemade honey mustard sauce.

These pork and apple kabobs with honey mustard sauce are a tantalizing combination of juicy pork, crisp apples, vibrant red onion, sweet red bell pepper, and earthy button mushrooms. Marinated with olive oil, salt, and pepper, the kabobs are grilled to perfection on a pellet grill, resulting in tender, slightly charred pieces bursting with flavor. The dish is complemented by a homemade honey mustard sauce, made with Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and a hint of garlic and thyme, providing a sweet and tangy contrast to the savory kabobs.
