  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the Ground Beef

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent. Season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess fat from the skillet and stir in the chopped dill pickles.

Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, dill pickle relish, mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed.

Assemble the Casserole

Spread the cooked ground beef mixture into the bottom of a 8×8-inch baking dish. Drizzle half of the sauce over the beef mixture. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Add Fresh Toppings

Remove the casserole from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and remaining shredded cheddar cheese. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Serve

Garnish with extra chopped pickles and serve warm. Enjoy your deconstructed Big Mac flavor in a delicious, cheesy casserole form!
