For the Pasta
6 ounces dry rotini pasta
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup diced pickles
½ cup finely chopped onions
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

For the Big Mac Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons dill pickle relish
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika (or smoked paprika if you prefer)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking the Pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook 6 ounces dry rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside, allowing it to cool slightly.

Cooking the Beef
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound ground beef and cook for about 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart as it browns. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Preparing the Big Mac Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together ½ cup mayonnaise, 4 tablespoons dill pickle relish, 2 tablespoons yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, and ½ teaspoon paprika (or smoked paprika). Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix until smooth and well combined.

Assembling the Pasta
