2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
1 habanero pepper, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 2 limes
Salt to taste
