½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika

Preparing the Dough
In a bowl, combine 1¾ cups all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon instant yeast. Add ½ cup warm water (110°F) and 1 tablespoon olive oil, then mix until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Cooking the Beef Mixture
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 pound ground beef and cook for about 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart as it browns. Stir in 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, salt to taste, and black pepper to taste. Add ½ cup ketchup and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, stirring well. Let the mixture simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.

Preparing the Dough for Baking
Preheat your oven to 450°F. Punch down the risen dough and roll it out on a lightly floured surface into a pizza shape or rectangle. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.

Assembling the Pizza
Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough. Top with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and ½ cup mozzarella cheese (optional). Sprinkle with ½ cup chopped bell pepper (optional) and ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion (optional).

Baking
Bake for about 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Finishing and Serving
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley (optional), slice, and serve warm.
