Fresh
6 oz fresh baby spinach
2 cloves garlic, minced

Packaged
1 (14 oz) can chopped artichoke hearts, drained
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup mayonnaise
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Preparing the Spinach
If needed, roughly chop 6 oz fresh baby spinach. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the spinach, cooking for 2–3 minutes until wilted. Transfer to a colander and press out excess moisture, then set aside.

Building the Flavor Base
In the same skillet, cook 2 cloves minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add 1 (14 oz) can chopped artichoke hearts (drained) and cook for 2–3 minutes to warm through and remove excess moisture.

Mixing the Creamy Base
In a large bowl, combine 4 oz softened cream cheese, ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, and ¼ cup mayonnaise, stirring until smooth and well blended.

Combining Everything
Add the cooked spinach and artichoke mixture to the bowl. Stir in 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese and ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese. Season with ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes (optional). Mix until everything is evenly combined.

Baking
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for about 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a lightly golden top.

Serving
Serve warm as a creamy spinach-artichoke dip, perfect with chips, bread, or crackers.
