Thai Chicken Basil Pizza

This pizza recipe features a homemade dough topped with marinated chicken, sweet chili sauce, vegetables, mozzarella, and fresh basil.

This Thai Chicken Basil Pizza combines East Asian flavors with classic Italian pizza, starting with a homemade dough made from active dry yeast, flour, olive oil, and salt. Marinated chicken in Thai sweet chili, soy, and fish sauce joins red bell pepper, red onion, and mozzarella on the rolled-out dough, creating a savory, melty topping. Baked until the crust is golden and cheese bubbly, it’s garnished with fresh basil and optional red pepper flakes for a tantalizing twist.
