Tartar Sauce

Fresh made tartar sauce with mayo, yogurt, dill pickles, shallot, lemon juice, and fresh parsley.

This tartar sauce is creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet, combining real mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and dill pickles for a smooth texture with a hint of crunch. Fresh shallot and parsley add herbaceous notes, while lemon and pickle juice provide bright acidity. A touch of white sugar brings subtle sweetness, and black pepper adds mild spiciness, making this sauce an ideal, flavorful complement to any seafood dish.
