Fish Taco Sauce
White sauce for fish with a yogurt and mayo base balanced with spices and herbs and fresh lime juice.
This Fish Taco Sauce is a zesty blend of creamy and spicy flavors, perfect for elevating tacos or other dishes. A base of Greek yogurt and mayonnaise provides smoothness, while lime juice adds a refreshing acidity. Minced jalapeno, capers, and a mix of cayenne, oregano, cumin, and dill bring depth and spice; after resting in the fridge, the sauce is ready to add a flavorful kick as a dip, spread, or dressing.
