Ingredients

For the Steaks

  • 2 steak cuts of your choice (e.g., tenderloin)

Steak Seasoning:

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha seasoning

For the Eggs

  • 4 pasture-raised eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs:
    • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
    • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
    • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

For the Steak Sauce

  • 1/4 cup organic ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • Dash of onion powder
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon table salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preparation

Chop parsley, cilantro, and green onions. Set aside.

Steak Seasoning

Season both sides of the steaks with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and sriracha seasoning.

Steak Sauce

In a bowl, combine all steak sauce ingredients. Mix until well combined and set aside.

Grilling

Preheat the grill to 400°F (205°C). Lightly brush a cast iron skillet with olive oil and place it on the grill. Place the steaks directly on the grill grates.

Cooking the Steaks

Grill the steaks for about 10 minutes, then flip them.

Cooking the Eggs

After flipping the steaks, crack the eggs into the preheated cast iron skillet. Season the eggs with salt, pepper, and sprinkle half of the herb mixture.

Checking Steak Doneness

Remove the steaks from the grill once they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium. Let them rest.

Finishing the Eggs

Let the eggs cook to your desired level of doneness.

Serving

Plate the rested steaks alongside the eggs. Drizzle steak sauce over the steaks and garnish both the steaks and eggs with the remaining herb mixture.
