Ingredients
For the Steaks
- 2 steak cuts of your choice (e.g., tenderloin)
Steak Seasoning:
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon sriracha seasoning
For the Eggs
- 4 pasture-raised eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs:
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
For the Steak Sauce
- 1/4 cup organic ketchup
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Dash of garlic powder
- Dash of onion powder
- Dash of hot sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon table salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Prepare parsley, cilantro, and green onions.
Chop the parsley, cilantro, and green onions.
Set aside chopped parsley, cilantro, and green onion.
Prepare steak seasonings.
Serve over hot cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds and remaining green onions.

Add measured ingredients to saucepan.
Stir together steak sauce ingredients. Serve cold or lightly heat if desired.
Prepare a cast iron skillet with olive oil for sautéing and grilling.
Preheat skillet on grill and add the steaks.
Cook about 10-12 minutes before adding eggs.
Crack eggs into skillet when steaks are about half cooked.
Season eggs with salt, pepper, and half of parsley, cilantro, green onion mix.
