  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • Dash of onion powder
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon table salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation: Chop parsley, cilantro, and green onions. Set aside.

Steak Seasoning: Season both sides of the steaks with the kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and sriracha seasoning.

Steak Sauce: In a bowl, combine all steak sauce ingredients and mix until well combined. Set aside.

Grilling: Preheat a grill to 400°F (205°C). Lightly brush a cast iron skillet with olive oil and place it on the grill. Place the steaks directly on the grill grates.

Cooking the Steaks: Grill the steaks for about 10 minutes, then flip them.

Cooking the Eggs: After flipping the steaks, crack the eggs into the preheated cast iron skillet. Season the eggs with salt and pepper and sprinkle with half of the herb mixture.

Checking Steak Doneness: Remove the steaks from the grill once they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium. Allow them to rest.
