Grilled Steak and Eggs
Grilled tenderloin steak and fried egg combo with fresh made steak sauce and fresh herbs.
This recipe for grilled steak and eggs is a hearty and savory dish that will satisfy any meat lover’s appetite. The steaks are seasoned with a blend of spices and cooked to perfection on the grill, while the eggs are cracked and cooked in a skillet on the side. The steak sauce, made with ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and spices, adds a tangy and sweet flavor to the dish. Ingredients
- 2 steaks cuts of your choice (I used tenderloin)
- 4 pasture raised eggs
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped green onions
Steak Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon sriracha seasoning
Steak Sauce
- 1/4 cup organic ketchup
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Dash of garlic powder
- Dash of onion powder
- Dash of hot sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon table salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare chopped parsley, cilantro, and green onions.
- Season steaks to taste with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Prepare steak sauce by mixing all ingredients and setting aside.
- Brush a cast iron skillet with olive oil and put on the grill preheated at 400 degrees. Put the steaks on the grill at the same time. Cook the steaks about 10 minutes and flip before cracking eggs in the skillet.
- Crack eggs while steaks continue to cook and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then sprinkle about half the parsley, cilantro, onion mix.
- Remove steaks once the internal temp reaches 145 for medium.
- Let steaks rest while the eggs finish cooking.
Serving
- Plate the steak and eggs.
- Spoon steak sauce over steaks and sprinkle remaining herb mixture over the steaks and eggs.

Set aside chopped parsley, cilantro, and green onion.
Prepare steak seasonings.
Serve over hot cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds and remaining green onions.

Stir together steak sauce ingredients. Serve cold or lightly heat if desired.

Cook about 10-12 minutes before adding eggs.
Crack eggs into skillet when steaks are about half cooked.
Season eggs with salt, pepper, and half of parsley, cilantro, green onion mix.
