Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple, peeled and shredded

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Yield: Approximately 1 cup of relish, enough to top 4 hot dogs.

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded apple and red cabbage.
  • Add brown sugar, mayonnaise, honey, apple cider vinegar, and salt to the bowl.

  • Stir the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are well-incorporated and the cabbage and apple are coated with the dressing.
